Hi 안녕하세요 สวัสดีครับ
Are you looking for a patient, highly experienced, and structured Korean tutor in Bangkok?

I am a native Korean tutor who graduated from Korea University (고려대학교), one of the top 3 prestigious universities in South Korea. While I am newly expanding my classes to Korean language teaching, I have been a professional private tutor for 10 years, specializing in teaching high and middle school students. Teaching and structuring customized lessons is my absolute expertise!

I have been living in Bangkok for over 2 years, so I fully understand the local lifestyle and culture.

Why Learn Korean with Me?

I speak fluent English! You don't need to be a native English speaker at all—I explain Korean concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand way. Don't be afraid even if you don't speak English well.

I am currently learning Thai, so I understand the grammar differences between Korean and Thai. Plus, I have many local Thai friends, which can be helpful to make our lessons much more practical.

With a decade of tutoring experience, I know exactly how to keep lessons engaging, efficient, and tailored to your personal learning speed.

Lesson Details:

Who is this for?:
Absolute beginners to intermediate learners (Adults & Students welcome!). We can start right from the Korean alphabet (Hangeul) up to daily conversation, grammar, and K-culture expressions.

Format: 1:1 In-Person classes (at your place, a cozy cafe/place around Asok, Thonglor, Ekkamai, etc.) or Online via Zoom.

Flexible Schedule: I usually recommend 1.5 hours per week as a starting point, but we can customize the frequency based on your goals.

Feel free to send me a message for any inquiries or to schedule our first trial lesson! Let’s make learning Korean enjoyable and rewarding together! :D

When you choose to study English as a second language you will expect to emerge from your study being able to read, speak and write English with a certain amount of confidence and ability. There are many different methods and approaches to teaching English as a second language, and your experience of an ESL class may be quite different to your expectations of how you learn the language. Of course, there are also some constants that every ESL class offers. Here are some ways you can prepare yourself for your first ESL class.

English Class Expectations

First before jumping straight into the first English class that you see, you need to know that not all English schools are the same. It is important to do your research to find which school can provide you with the most interesting and relevant courses that will meet your needs. As with any normal class in school you should expect to always be treated as an individual and with respect by fellow classmates and especially by the teacher. While studying you should expect the teacher to pay attention to your English development and your ability to speak, respond, and comprehend everyday English. By having your teacher pay close attention to your development you will see an increase in your English abilities in a very short amount of time. You should expect to read and write English effectively and fluently. You should see great improvement in your skills during your ESL study experience. The course you choose to study should expand your vocabulary, expression, and pronunciation beyond the classroom.Students studying English as a second language will become more and more confident speaking the language as the course progresses. You should be able to see how the English course has been structured to improve and expand you skills in a logical way. Regular classes, practice sessions, tests, cultural immersion activities other methods of learning are designed to help you and to assist your teachers to understand how you are progressing with your ESL classes.
