Public speaking skills are essential to anyone who wish to express their feelings and thoughts to any form of audience.
Why is it important?
1)It boosts one's confidence in effective communication .
2) As a leader in any team , public speaking skills is a must to know as it builds strong bonds and trust by your subordinates.
3) It calms all forms of unsettlement due to underlying issues which could be ; No funds by the company to pay off worker's salaries.In that case, a leader with public speaking skills glabs the worker's attention by giving them hope pertaining the delayments in salary disbursements.That avoids/prevents panic to the workers.
4) As leaders/Parents who knows how to engage their kids in family affairs tends to build strong bonds
5) It is a driving force that could make one come out of the shell and become a global personnel e.g "Sir Isaac Newton" who was an introvert but ended up coming out of the shell,Martin Luther, Malcolm X, Dr Myles Egbert Munroe, etc
