I am a motivated Spanish & English teacher. I have been teaching Spanish & English for the past 10 years and I love it! I teach it by using Speak First, that is an approach that uses the most common language and grammar in order to speak. We will be speaking (but not writing!) for the first few lessons, so that you get used to the Spanish /English pronunciation (and most tricky parts of grammar) and become a proficient learner. I normally present Spanish / English grammar in a cultural way: you will learn about the festivals, the most common places to go on holiday, trips, school life, etc

About Me

I am a native Spanish speaker. I moved to the UK more than 6 years ago because I wanted to experience the English culture, as I already knew English.
I am a keen language learner. I love learning new languages and teaching them; that's how I know how to best teach them!

During the past two years, I have been teaching in a Secondary School with a new approach to languages: you learn by speaking and using the most common grammar concepts, learning new vocabulary as you speak!

I studied Translation and Interpreting (ES-EN-DE) in Spain. Then continued into a Medical Translation master's degree. When I moved to UK I studied a PGCE in Secondary Education (master's degree)
