A registered nutritional therapy practitioner can support you with realistic recommendations to help you get there.
Session one: we will fill out a diet and lifestyle questionnaire together to better understand where you are now and where you would like to be in terms of health and nutrition goals. We will then discuss the basic components of a healthy diet.
Session two*: if you choose to opt for a follow up session, I will run through an in depth analysis of your diet (macronutrient and micronutrient levels) and together we will set some nutrition goals for you to follow.

About Me
I'm a registered nutritional therapist (MBANT CNHC). I studied Nutritional Therapy MSc at the University of Worcester. An enthusiasm for cooking up healthy meals also prompted me to pursue culinary training at Leith's School of Food and Wine where I completed the Nutrition in Culinary Practice diploma.
