I am a nutritionist with a grat passion for cooking and my goal is to teach you easy and quick dishes based on your goals while giving you nutrition and health information in a relaxed and fun environment.
The focus will be on learning how to create healthy recipes for you and your family that will not take you too much time. We can go shopping together and I will gave you some insights on how to choose the best products and then we will cook together. Otherwise we can agree on the recipe before and you will have all the ingredients ready for when I come.

I teach Italian to children and adults. My classes are conversation based and touch upon various grammar rules in a gradual manner.
I have experience working with children and teaching adults keeping it fun and interesting!
You'll learn how to speak and write fluent Italian and depending on the time you have outside the classes I will give you home assignments in a way that you don't feel overwhelmed but it is a pleasant learning journey!
