Stress is, in biology, the set of reactions of an organism subjected to pressures or constraints of the environment. Anxiety is a mental and physical malaise, born from the feeling of the imminence of a danger, characterized by a diffuse fear which can go as far as panic. While anxiety is a one-time emotion & often occurs as a fit, whereas anxiety can be more chronic in nature.

All three are not necessarily signs of weakness and without being a choice, they affect many people to varying intensities. Not ignoring your pain and being accompanied to find coping strategies is vital.

These workshops offer you to learn to listen, tame, manage and control your emotions, stress, anxiety and anxiety.

What happens during a session ?

2) Based on the conclusions of the first part, a proposal of two to three sub-issues of the day to be dealt with during the session (sub-issues built from your initial issue): to answer them, for each of them 'between them, a series of ten to fifteen pragmatic reflections / actions will be proposed to you. Three possible answers:
- "I have already tried this solution but it does not suit me" or "I do not really believe it": we go to the next suggestion
