About Me
My name is Estefania, and I am characterized by having an innate passion for helping people. From a very young age, I started teaching English because I had the privilege of attending a fully American school where all subjects were taught in English. At the same time, I took numerous English courses to constantly improve my skills. In college, I studied abroad for a semester at FIU, a university in Miami, where I was able to perfect my pronunciation and fluency. I have taken the TOEFL test three times for various reasons, which has allowed me to become very familiar with the test format.
Throughout my extensive academic journey, I have had the opportunity to learn from various teachers with diverse teaching methods. Thanks to this, I have been able to absorb the most valuable aspects of each of these experiences, which has equipped me to effectively impart my knowledge to my future students.
For these reasons, I began giving private English lessons from a young age, both to individuals starting from scratch and to those needing assistance to reach a certain level of proficiency in English. Additionally, I have conducted TOEFL preparation classes using various resources to reinforce all necessary skills: listening, writing, speaking, and grammar. While I have helped many people throughout my career, they have also helped me become a better teacher, allowing me to pursue one of my passions - helping and serving others. Furthermore, they have motivated me to continually update and educate myself about the language.
