Hi, I'm James!
Most of my life I have been studying how people interact and how different social influences affect the individual and relationships. Extensively communicating with a diverse group of people throughout the world as I traveled. I spent this time trying to understand how I can heal myself and help use what I have learned to help others. Learning how to communicate and heal has been a huge part of my life and this development has led me to help many people along the way. Many of us mistakenly only seek to increase our happiness, but lack lasting satisfaction and peace. If you are feeling lost in life or unsure of what step to take to take, in this session, you will be truly seen and heard.

My sessions differ from traditional talk therapy because I weave in somatic techniques like breath, voice, and body awareness. This allows for true integration and processing through the body, which is especially helpful for working with trauma and for actually embodying the insights, not just understanding them in the mind.

True integration is oftentimes the most underrated part of the process in one’s journey into their subconscious. During this process, we work together to understand how your new discoveries can be incorporated into your everyday life. It is crucial that this step is conscientiously achieved, and in a place of non-judgment, where you feel safe and comfortable.
