Photoshop is a powerful app for designers & photographers. As a designer, you'll need to be able to sort through the many complex features that will help make your photos or render images better. I've designed this course as a practical guide to Photoshop that's specifically made for beginners.
You'll learn how to make selections, create masks, retouch portraits and use techniques to not only improve designs or photographs but to turn them into entirely new images.

It's not. Coding is how real people solve real problems.
In this class, we skip the theory. Your child creates real things.

What they'll do:
✓ Build real projects in Scratch: a working game, an interactive animation, a story they coded
✓ Program virtual robots: solve real-world challenges (navigate a maze, automate a task, build a system)
✓ Create in Minecraft Education: design worlds, automate constructions, solve logic problems
✓ Experiment with different languages: not just learn "the right way," but understand that there are many ways to think about a problem

We don't teach syntax. We teach how programmers think.
Most children's coding courses say "here's the code, copy it." We teach "what problem are we trying to solve? How could we break it into steps? What options do we have?"
When your child learns to think like a programmer, they can learn any language afterward.

A portfolio of 3–4 completed, working projects. The ability to say "I built this." And the deep understanding that code is a tool to make real things happen.

Nice to meet you, I'm Daniel. I'm a (private) art teacher, I'm also a freelance artist and have been working as one for about 7 years. I'm looking for students in Utrecht, I have a teaching space available in my apartment (I can share my address when you contact me), but am also able to travel to your desired space within the city.
I can also teach via webcam, but I do recommend my in-person classes, seeing as they're more immersive and educational.

I unfortunately do not speak Dutch (yet), but am confident we can overcome any potential language barrier we come across.

I have the most experience in teaching teenagers and preteens, so I think we would definitely be a good match if you're a parent or guardian looking for a teacher for your child.
