About Me
I am a 2010 graduate of North Carolina Central University’s School of Business. I majored in Business, Management, and Marketing.
Since 2013, I have been a professional public servant for Orange County NC, by working as Deputy Registrar, Account Tech, Community Outreach Specialist, and liaison to Community boards.
I recently received my certification from Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)/Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).
I am a dedicated educator and facilitator with over a decade of experience designing and delivering impactful training programs for diverse audiences. My work has centered on translating complex policies, procedures, and social justice concepts into accessible, engaging learning experiences. Whether leading in-person workshops, virtual training sessions, or community education events, I foster inclusive learning environments that encourage participation, critical thinking, and skill development. I have trained professionals, community leaders, and volunteers on topics ranging from civil rights compliance to effective communication and best practices for inclusion, ensuring each session is tailored to the audience’s needs. My passion lies in empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed, creating lasting change through education.
My lifelong agenda is to utilize my education, my professional, and personal life experiences to make a positive impact on others I interact and/or work with, hoping that this impact ripples to individuals throughout their and my life journeys.
