Have some fun with creative writing! Suitable for children between the ages of 7- 9, this class uses a mixture of games, reading, listening and writing activities to ensure that all types of learners are fully catered to. Whether you already have a talent for creative writing or want inspiration to learn to love writing creatively this class is for you.

Each unit contains five lessons, and will focus on a different genre of creative writing e.g. Fable Story, Acrostic Poetry and many more!

About Me

Hello! I'm Sophie, a teacher of all things related to English. I have been teaching students of all ages for 6 years and I absolutely love my job! I thrive on making learning enriching and entertaining, and when a student reaches a milestone, no matter how big or small, I love celebrating their success.

I like to think of myself as a fun teacher and I have a lot of patience for students to learn at their own pace. If there is anything you are struggling with, or conversely, anything you love to do and would like to learn more about I would love the opportunity to help facilitate your learning. No two learners are the same and I think it's highly important for the teacher to understand the learning style of their student and design their teaching style accordingly. In 2016 I completed a 2:1 BA English Literature at the University of Sheffield, UK. I then moved to Hong Kong and began my teaching career.

In 2020 I started my research degree: MPhil English Literature at the University of Hong Kong and I am due to graduate soon.
