My name is Thao, I am a native Vietnamese speaker. I speak the Northern accent. I have had 3-year experience as a Vietnamese tutor for foreigners from all over the world. I love my job and I know I can bring vision and creative flair to my work.

I tutored my former student for a year and he now has the ability to socialize very well with Vietnamese people and uses Vietnamese confidently as a second language.

My philosophy
I believe to get used to any language, speaking and listening are the best places to start. My lessons are designed to facilitate speaking and listening for beginning students and encourage them to be creative and have fun with their language studies. I believe that if fun and engaging lessons can be achieved, students will be more likely to remember the things they learn and be more prepared to apply their new skills to their daily lives.

Being a pianist and a piano teacher, I already have lots of experience with teaching and pedagogical approach with the whole range of ages.
