I grew up in a very musical family (parents both teachers), graduating from Music Academy with an honours degree in piano performance and have been teaching piano since 2005 - in London since 2010. I have competed in (and won) international piano competitions, competing since the age of 6. I am an enthusiastic musician who aims to inspire through performing and teaching. My specialisms are piano repertoire of all periods. I have been teaching all ages, from 3 years old to 70 years young.
I communicate well with children and parents. I believe that lessons must be designed and prepared to the student uniquely, after which success will result naturally.

I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age.

I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. The theory of everything tends to be really scary and music theory can be too. I am very keen to make music theory easy for everyone. For some people there is only one way to tackle the unmentionable but I believe there are many different approaches and one of them will click with you. It is simply finding out what is best for each person. Once we find the key we can unlock the problems that have puzzled you for ages.

I offer piano lessons for adults and children, tailored to your goals and preferences. Each lesson lasts 45 minutes. Lessons are conducted in English, German and Russian. I teach piano at home in Vienna’s 3rd district and online on a beautiful Yamaha piano.
