Art is a special medium that can be used in many different forms to elicit one's feelings, emotions, and purview of the world around them both its beauty and ugliness.
My class will be a way for students who either have little to no experience or a lot and create work that resonates with them and o just have fun and enjoy the art world without being held behind ''perfection''.
I will cover many facets of art such as painting (acrylic, oils and mainly water colour) as well as sketching and colouring, as well as photography and how we are able to capture an idea in a photograph.

We are going to experiment together.We will collaborate to make a free-standing nest structure which explores ideas of home, made from locally scavenged materials, domestic debris, and biomaterials.Young people will have the chance to learn making skills, experiment, and each child will plant a seed in a pot and be given a lavender plant to take home.

Discover the art of turning fabric into fashion! This beginner-level course introduces students to the fundamentals of pattern making and garment construction. You'll learn how to take body measurements, draft basic patterns, and sew them into simple garments like skirts or tops. Through hands-on projects, you'll explore essential techniques such as fabric cutting, seam finishing, and fitting adjustments. No prior experience is needed—just bring your creativity and enthusiasm to start your journey into the world of fashion design!

There is not always enough time during a single or double period of art weekly, in the school setting to create and complete work or achieve a desired result.
It could be that you want to get better at a desired skill or further your techniques.
Maybe you are struggling a little to understand something about the GCSE process, or do not have enough one to one support from the classroom teacher due to classroom sizes and length of the lesson.
Even if it's for Homework support or constructive feedback, I am happy to provide my service.
