Shakespeare for fun! Learn, act and understand the Bard
From 55.75 C$ /h
Shakespeare can be scary, or fun! By focusing on one of Shakespeare's plays (you can choose the one you're studying at school), we will dive into just what the Bard is saying through all that poetry and funny old language. As an actor and teacher, I will help you get to grips with this dense material through actually speaking the words, movement, and discussion to become much more at ease with Elizabethan English, allowing you to access just what these plays are all about. If you don't know your thous from your thees or a popinjay from a canker-blossom, don't worry, you'll be spouting verse like a pro by the end of this class.
I can adapt this for your skill level and age; I've taught Shakespeare to kids as young as 9!
