Hi! I am Sam I am a well-known piano teacher, academy director, entrepreneur, and classical concert pianist in southern Switzerland. I have taught piano for almost ten years, teaching students of all ages and levels piano in English, German and French. I was trained at the Frédéric Chopin Institute in Basel for eight years under leading Swiss concert pianists, before being awarded a First-Class Bachelor of Arts from the University of Warwick. I have love performing and teaching all musical styles, but specialise in classical romantic works, and is a specialist in the works of Alexander Scriabin and Frédéric Chopin.

I have also strong experience as a classical piano soloist with 40+ solo performances around Europe. I also have experience as a master-class teacher, in chamber music, as an accompanist, in the jury of piano competitions and as a workshop leader and teacher trainer.

We can work on classical repertoire as well as jazz, contemporary music, film music, accompaniment, improvisation, solfège or even composition.

Pianist student at the HEM in Geneva offers piano lessons as well as music theory! Basic elementary and intermediate level I also propose a part to speak about the musical appreciation of all the periods of the history of the music. For all ages!

These will be lessons to work on the piano (beginners and intermediate) while we talk about music theory (harmony, music theory, analysis, etc.) and also a time to listen to recordings and talk about musical appreciation. Besides classical education, I also work with jazz pieces and pop music. It's an hour to have fun, learn and discover.

I have over five years of experience teaching piano and music theory, with children, youth and adults.
