Consulting with new beginners at any age, and finding the right practice for them.
Conducted in both English and Japanese.

For those who likes to Dance, like to listen to learn English while dancing, for those who want to learn simple English words or Just want to have fun with foreigner ... let's enjoy learning simple dance movement together with different song genre. At the same time you can improve your English and speak to English native speaker.

Mindfulness yoga integrates mindfulness practices focusing on cultivating present moment awareness and yourself.

I will instruct you involves paying attention to the present moment, including sensations, thoughts, and emotions, It's about being fully present in each pose, observing the body's response, and cultivating a sense of non-reactivity to internal and external experiences.

Ayurveda lessons
Introducing 3 Dosha and consult your dosha type (body constitution) and then give you Nutrition and Exercise advices.

I founded the service straight after my professional career and work with diverse clientele including NBA players, professional players, beginners, men, women and children.
