Physical Activity is super important for people's good quality of life.
I am a Sports Science student with various certifications in sports training and injury prevention as well as a Master's in Physical Activity and Health.

My goal is for my clients to achieve any goal, from losing weight, hypertrophy to the recovery of joint mobility and injury prevention.
I will also help you improve eating habits even away from home.
If there is a pool, I also give swimming classes and training in the water.

I like people to achieve their goals in a fun way so it doesn't have to be forced, it's easier to get there and make physical activity and exercise a habit.

- Boxing, combined with free-body functional training (gloves provided);
- Muscle reinforcement program with weights, elastic band and TRX;
- Athletic preparation for running.
- Initiation to calisthenics;

- Thai massage (only after a month of classes).

Each session is 1 hour.
