My educational background: I hold a Masters of Art Therapy from The University of Paris with a major in music therapy, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with majors in Music and Psychology, and a Diploma of Languages with a major in French from The University of Queensland, Australia. I am offering guided relaxation classes (in French or English). This is based on the Jacobson method. The price includes participation of up to 4 people! The aim of these classes is to release stress, reduce physical and mental tensions, and come away feeling relaxed, refreshed and more calm. I guide you through a series of light muscular contractions and breathwork. The session can be down lying down, or seated - whichever is most comfortable. Each session lasts from 30mins to an hour. It includes a time to verbalise at the end of the session. Sessions can be held individually, or in a group - please precise in booking if there are additional people (an extra fee may apply).
