*In contemporary dance classes you can learn from scratch or from whatever level you are at the basics and mechanics of contemporary dance, technique, floorwork and improvisation skills.
*In dance fitness and physical conditioning classes, get ready to sweat while enjoying the rhythm of the music you like the most, while we follow exercises and steps that will make you stronger and fitter but without leaving aside the fun and enjoyment.
*In routine and choreography classes, get ready to learn and perform different choreographies of different dance and musical styles, with different interpretative and mechanical intentions. An excellent way to work on your interpretation, retention, endurance and versatility as a dancer. In addition to learning new movements, styles, and learning to move to different rhythms and musical styles.
Getting out of your comfort zone with dance is always a good idea.

About Me
I teach because I am very passionate about dance and I am passionate about connecting with people through dance.
I am very inspired to see people grow, transform and evolve through dance.
Even the shine in the eyes intensifies and I can tell.
I like to teach friendly classes that adapt to the student, seeking to take them out of their comfort zone but always prioritizing the student's well-being and safeness.
Each person has different goals when they approach dance, each and every one of them is important and I love being able to adapt my classes (the structure, the level, the music, the atmosphere of the class) to the goals of each person.
Dance is for everyone. Whether you see it as a profession, as a vocation, as a hobby, as a routine to sweat, as a distraction, as fun, or simply as that little time to be with yourself. That little time to enjoy, celebrate, hug, care for, and love your body and its possibilities of movement, because sometimes we forget that that is the most valuable thing we have
Education
I am a professional contemporary dance dancer.
I studied three years of the degree in contemporary dance at the National School of Classical and Contemporary Dance of Mexico (ENDCC) and three more years at London Contemporary Dance School, The Place in London, graduating from said institution.
Experience / Qualifications
The university where I studied gave a lot of focus to teaching, we had many practices and classes focused on healthy, respectful and responsible teaching, I also have experience in the fields that I mentioned before and I also have experience teaching children and adults and above all, I am very passionate about doing it.
