I graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Health and Fitness Management, and am certified as an ISSA Sports Nutritionist and First Aid, CPR, and AED certified. I am also a professional soccer player with international experience, which allows me to combine high athletic performance with physical well-being and comprehensive training.
