Looking to learnmore about your body and it's expression through dance practice? As a profession dance artist living in Leipzig, I offer my skills to those interested in learning more about dance and their body.
I teach for individuals, groups, adults or childrens. I have a strong background in contemporary dance and choreography, alongside somatic training. My approach to dance teaching is to focus on the understanding of the technical alignment, to leave the body feeling restored and healthy, not fatigued and hurt.
I can teach specifically in areas of contemporary, modern, ballet, improvisation, somatics and contact improvisation.

Hello!

i offer my services to help your child begin their early English education. Have they not started English courses in school yet? Help your child get a head start in English, so they can practice speaking without fear and make learning a new language and fun experience! In my class we start with the basics and have fun with it. As a dancer I love to intergrate dancing and playing into the lessons to help your child stay active. I work as a English teacher for the kindergartens and gradeschools, and you can trust me to be a professional in my work.

Adapted to the skills, experiences and needs of the participants, we dedicate our teaching time to topics such as:

Body awareness, freedom of movement, adaptability in the context of movement, balance, fitness, strength, mobility, dealing with change, injury and health.

My approach is characterized by:
Years as a professional stage dancer (contemporary dance), Fighting Monkey Practice (Jozef Frucek & Linda Kapetanea), Evolve, Move, Play (Rafe Kelley), parkour, contact improvisation, strength and flexibility training, climbing, martial arts and Qi Gong.

In groups we work a lot with playful movement scenarios, partners and tasks in which we challenge our bodies to learn and grow through other people and their input. Depending on the setting, we also work on different physical/mental skills and qualities, using approaches from dance, Qi Gong, natural movement and strength training.

The framework and form of teaching can always be adapted to the individual or group and specialized to meet their needs.

There are no restrictions in terms of age or level.
