I am currently studying Life Sciences Engineering at EPFL. I am 20 years old and this will be my last year before my Master's degree. I passed the CAE examination (Cambridge Advanced English) at the age of 10, and CPE (Cambridge Proficient English) at the age of 11.

About Me

I believe that teachers have one of the most important roles in society. We are here to fulfill one of the greatest missions of all times: awakening interest and curiosity in students for the subject at hand. Certainly, our most important task is to ensure knowledge is transmitted, but I believe that lighting up the spark inquisitiveness and encouraging a spirit of inquiry is a much harder and crucial duty as a teacher that we often forget.

I am 20 years old, I have studied Biomedical Engineering 3 years at the UPM (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid) and I am going on to start my 4th year at EPFL in Lausanne. I have received several Academic Excellency scholarships in Madrid to be able to course my studies, as well as a scholarship that actually allows me to be in Switzerland at EPFL.
I was skipped a year at school thanks to the results I got on the WISC-IV test, which means I will be finishing my degree one year earlier than I should.

I passed the CAE examination (Cambridge Advanced English) at the age of 10, and CPE (Cambridge Proficient English) at the age of 11. I was homeschooled until the age of 6, and I used to read Newsweek and Times magazine on a weekly basis basis with my mother. I have been a private tutor since the age of 13, which has allowed me to gain experience with a wide array of students to whom I have had to adapt according to their level and academic needs and aspirations. I have had French nannies since I was born, and my grandmother spoke to us in French, therefore I am a fluent speaker in French as well.
