Being both an instrumentalist (guitar) and singer (baritone), my approach is based on the combination of singing and accompanying oneself with an instrument (piano, guitar, etc.). I develop a solid foundation which allows the student's vocal possibilities to be opened up in the pleasure of discovery and music.

Graduate of EPFL in Environmental Sciences and Engineering, with a specialization in water, soil and ecosystem engineering, I offer individualized support to fill gaps in mathematics (analysis, linear algebra, numerical analysis, probability) and/or or in other basic sciences (chemistry, environmental sciences, etc.). As a part-time correspondent for a French-speaking daily newspaper, I can also provide support in French, for all types of editorial work. Hello, I am an EPFL graduate student who has followed and helped more than 50 students to pass their year for maths, physics and chemistry. Last year I had 4 students who were taking their exams to obtain their federal maturities (private school) and contacted me for regular courses during the year. If you need help, I offer group and individual lessons in Lausanne (1014) or by zoom (depending on your preference). I am a French teacher for 13 years. I can help for any demand in French (schooling, French as foreign language, communication, children, adults any level, etc.) I have a fun & active method that I tailored to the learner. After a meeting where we talk about your needs and wishes, I provide you a personal program based on your needs, goals, strengths & skills to learn better, easier, and faster. It's the same with children because they first need to develop confidence to trust their own skills. French teacher (13 years old) for all learners (school, French as a foreign language, adults, business communication, etc.), I have adopted a playful active method that I adapt to the needs of the learners. After an interview where we discuss your needs and wishes, I propose a program based on your needs, objectives, strengths and skills to allow you to learn easily, easily, quickly. It's the same thing with schoolchildren, because they especially need to gain confidence in their abilities to see them hatch.

Being currently at university in social and political science, giving support classes at the same time allows me to take a break from my classes and if I can do it while helping others, it is with great pleasure! I have been giving support classes to younger people since I started at the gym. I did it initially via the CVAJ. So I'm used to it, and I know how to structure my lessons with ease and give advice if necessary.

Mathematics lessons for all levels. Mathematics is essential for scientific studies, economics and commerce. Good foundations from a young age are essential to success. This course will seek to fill your gaps and acquire a good methodology.

Hello, I give math lessons for the youngest up to the gymnasium or non-specialized bachelor level. I am 20 years old and I am a second year computer science student at EPFL and I did a first year of mathematics in France which I did very well (approximately validated with 5.5 general average). In addition to giving a solid training in mathematics, I will come back to the reflexes to have in math to work on a course independently and will give an overview of the techniques put forward by the scientific literature to know how to work effectively. I meet at my home or in a reserved room at the EPFL library, move around (as long as the address is reachable by metro or bike) and give lessons by webcam.

I apply my EPFL working method during the private lessons I organize. I ask the student, before the session, to read and know well the course on which we will work. I start the session by going over the course together, checking that everything is well understood and assimilated through examples and simple questions. When the course is acquired, we start the exercises. I often proceed in two parts. First, we do the homework required in the subject, then we tackle exercises that I have prepared on my side, and that follow the same reflection as the homework. During the first exercises, I accompany the student step by step in the resolution. If the student gets stuck on something, we go over it together in more detail. In this case, I re-explain the concepts that are causing problems. In the last exercises, I give the student more liberty. At the end of the session, I summarize the points covered, and we define together the objectives for the next session.

Dancing is a natural means of expression. So, learn to dance! It is almost impossible to listen to music and not be stirred to tap our feet, clap our hands, drum with our fingers, and sway with our bodies. We hum, sing, whistle, or bob our head. When we carry this innate response to its ultimate expression, we find ourselves dancing. Learning to dance can be a personal challenge, a new interest and creative outlet that builds self confidence through a sense of achievement. When you learn the basic rhythms of dance, a delightful new world opens up. So, learn to dance today!

I propose the formula of a course of 1h30 / 2h * per week for the assimilation of the current chapter (program of the session review the basics of the course + do exos to deepen the mastery of the course + a course before the test or we do a maximum of typical exos and review the points to remember from the course)
