Lessons are tailored to the individual's profile and their goal in learning the instrument. The instrument in the service of music: using an instrumental support to awaken one's musical curiosity, to better understand music and the codes of a piece, a standard or a sound. The preparation: learning the basics of learning the instrument in a technical way but with a little music theory in order to prepare for entry into a conservatory. Playing in a group: knowing how to play in an ensemble and learning the codes of the orchestra or a group by developing the ear through the recognition of structure, rhythm and chords. Harmony and improvisation: learning to improvise or harmonize, whether in jazz or pop music.

As a geography student at ENS Lyon, I offer individualized teaching and help in preparing for quizzes or exams. My goal is to help the student progress without overloading them. I may assign homework after lessons, but this is only occasional. The main objective of my courses is to instill (or rekindle) in students a love of history and geography. To achieve this, I use a variety of resources and do not limit myself to traditional lectures.

I am also half American, so I am also bilingual in English, and I am currently studying French and have a basic level. I am currently 22 years old and have been teaching English to young children since I was 16, so I have a lot of experience as a teacher and many parents are happy with the results. Due to my age, it is very easy for me to connect with young children and adolescents who are not so far from my birthday.
