I have been playing the violin for over 13 years and during this time I have not only developed a deep love for music, but also the desire to share this enthusiasm with others. For me, music is more than just sounds - it is a language that connects people and expresses emotions.

I offer violin lessons for both children and adults. It is particularly important to me to respond to the individual needs and goals of my students. Whether you are just starting out or already have experience - together we will improve your playing and develop your enjoyment of music.

With my training as a music mentor, funded by the state of Baden-Württemberg, I have the pedagogical knowledge to make the lessons varied and effective. Personal contact with my students is particularly important to me. I look forward to accompanying you on your musical journey and discovering the world of the violin with you!

About Me
Greetings music lovers, I have been trying to master the violin for 13 years. I would like to share with you what I have learned during this time, both on my own and on courses.
I will be studying in Innsbruck from October and I am looking forward to this time!
Please get in touch if you are interested in violin lessons.

LG Ruben
Education
I spent my school years at the Free Waldorf School in Offenburg. Here, a great focus was on the artistic education of the students. I spent part of my school years in South Africa, where I was able to play in a great orchestra. The highlight of my musical career was the training to become a music mentor, where selected candidates were trained by the state of Baden-Württemberg.
Experience / Qualifications
Don't worry, you're not my first violin student, and I'll get the right sheet music. You'll have to get a violin though.

English is now used worldwide. It is not just necessary for school but also for traveling and possible future jobs.

I am Roxanne and I am from New Orleans, Louisiana in the USA. I am studying American Studies and English at the University of Innsbruck and am TEFL certified. I have over two years of teaching experience and I have found myself in love with it. I think learning should be fun and positive and therefore I like my lessons to be very interactive.
I offer improving speaking skills, writing, tutoring, and basic English grammar. Depending on how near or far you are I offer in-person and zoom lessons.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you!

I enjoy teaching the Greek language to foreigners. A lot of experience in teaching and Greek is my mother tongue. During the course I give books, notes and examples. After a while, we only talk to each other in Greek.

I am an educational scientist by training, and in the course of my professional and private life I have discovered that in one-on-one teaching, it is important to listen to what the student would like to learn and what their learning goals are, and to build on that.

If you want to jam with me then we'll jam, if you want to learn music theory then we'll learn music theory, if you want to learn specific songs then we'll do that!

Furthermore, not everyone learns through the same pattern. Therefore, I strive to tailor my teaching to each individual's needs.

The lessons are suitable for beginners and advanced students, not for professional musicians. My styles include jazz, blues, funk, rock, folk, and reggae.
