Glen is also a Music Therapy Practitioner (member of the British Association of Music Therapists - BAMT), in which he applies musical pedagogy and leading therapeutic techniques to assist special needs children and young adults to learn to play music, using music as a therapeutic approach to address learning challenges associated with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADD/ADHD.

Glen provides private piano and violin lessons to students of all ages from age 4 and up providing customized musical education programs leveraging international methodologies. I am a Canadian violinist, pianist, teacher, Music Therapy Practitioner and Cognitive Behavioral Therapist based in Luxembourg.

Music is my passion. From the age of 7 music has been a significant and enriching part of my life, it has been, and remains my passion. My grandmother was a pianist and opera singer who played, with a smile on her face and a tap in her toe to the age of 101. That smile of satisfaction and the nostalgia that music invoked in her remains one of my biggest inspirations.

I have had the great pleasure of studying with, and knowing so many talented and gifted musicians, teachers, mentors, colleagues and musical friends, and for having had the opportunity to learn and share so much from them.

Others who have inspired me include teachers from some of the finest institutions, some are refined musicians of the concert stage, some are career musicians that I studied with and shared countless glasses of wine and "alternative" translations of Italian opera. Some are the most decent and humble people I met living in Latin America that simply wanted to "share their song" and sing with immense and well founded pride. Our connection - our art and all the emotions that art encompasses.
Music has brought me to my dearest of friends, and created family from a small town in Ontario, Canada across the world.

These people have imparted something very important to me - music is one of the most personable art forms, it is a place where we express ourselves often times in ways that words cannot express and where we pour our innermost thoughts, passions, and emotions. It crosses any linguistic or cultural boundary.

The pursuit of excellence in musical performance is a life-long and fulfilling ambition, and one that creates many opportunities, friendships, adventures, and stories.

Australian National Accordion Champion, and Australasian Accordion Champion.

As well as running her own private music school for over 35 years, She was the Director of a Sub-Branch of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, and Head Teacher of Theory and Musicianship for 4 years, before moving to Europe in 2015.

I want to offer you two types of piano lessons for this summer:

1) an intensive summer course for beginners (all ages):
You or your child want to start learning piano, but you're not ready for the commitment yet? In this 2-month, weekly (or bi-weekly) introduction to piano, I will teach you the basics and give you a taste of what awaits you!
2) piano tutoring and/or exam preparation (all levels):
Want to continue working on your skill during summer but the Conservatory of Music is closed? Need to prepare for a piano exam and want extra help? I will give you the necessary support and guide you along the way.

After 17 years of experience in playing the piano, accompanying other instruments (such as the cello, the violin and singing) at concerts and assisting to numerous masterclasses, I have decided to start teaching the skill I've worked on so hard. On the request of both my siblings, whom I have successfully taught for a while now, I feel confident that I can introduce you and/or support you in your discovery of the amazing world of music. Having completed a 1st price diploma in both piano and accompanied piano, I'm a very communicative and open-minded person, and I'm looking forward to share my passion with you. Let's be productive together during these tough times.

I am a classical pianist and film scoring composer, graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston.
In today’s world, I believe it’s essential to find a balance between developing creative skills beyond technology and adapting professionally through it.

My violin lessons are aimed at children, teenagers, and adults, beginners or amateurs, who wish to discover this instrument or progress step by step. I use a progressive and fun method: we work a few measures at a time, slowly at first, then repeating until the passage is well acquired. As with my piano lessons, I emphasize the understanding of rhythm and reading, using visual cues (sticks for rhythm, colors for accidentals).
To make learning more motivating, I also play the piece with the student, which helps develop listening skills, musical sense and the pleasure of playing together.

I’m a professional musician and member of the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra. I began my professional studies at the Academic Music College of the Moscow Conservatory (2008–2012), continued at the Moscow Conservatory (2012–2015), and graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory in 2017 with a degree of a professional teacher and musician . Later pursued a master’s degree at the Berlin University of the Arts and continued the professional training in Switzerland with recognised professors.
