My name is Apolline, I am a 26-year-old flautist and I am studying in the first year of a didactic master at the Royal Conservatory of Liège. I love to teach, and I used to be a flute teacher, I even started teaching when I was 17! I am passionate about transmitting my passion, and whatever your level, beginner or advanced, I will always try to bring you the maximum so that you can evolve with your instrument. Classical Flute is one of the woodwind instruments. It can be part of chamber music groups, different type of Orchestras or even Solo Performances. It has a beautiful mellow tone that a lot of composers from different periods have been exploring through their compositions. In the lessons we are going to learn the basic structure of Flute playing, talking about sound, technique in all levels and styles, shaping a safe and strong basis to start exploring the Fute repertoire.

I give lessons of 1 hour, at home if necessary, for students of all levels and styles of play. My teaching covers both classical music and modern flute (jazz, etc.); the work done can focus on music of the student's choice, or I can simply redirect it to methods and scores if he wishes to work on them together. The idea is to progress, but above all to have fun, the two go hand in hand.
