With music, we learn much more than just playing pieces. I always thought about how the ancient Greeks introduced Music as an essential subject in school. Music was to heal, to entertain, to get to know yourself more.
I'm just finished my studies in the University of Arts of Codarts (Rotterdam) and I can't deny I will always keep learning after finishing my degree. I'm looking forward to sharing some knowledge and to hear what you already know.

What can i offer?
Styles that we can work on: Classical, Folk, Jazz, Pop music.
Languages that we can speak in the lesson: Dutch, English, Catalan or/and Spanish
Skills that we can work on: basic techniques, jazz and folk techniques, play the cello while singing, percussion on the cello.

How do I work?
Each class will be individually prepared, in order to have the student goals in mind. In our first lesson we can get to know each other and then we will figure out what do you want and how can I help you.
For BEGINNERS I teach the bow, finger positions and other basics with easy songs (with kids I add games to make it more entreating). Such as relating painting with playing, dancing with playing or literature with playing.
For AVERAGE LEVEL we explore, with already some technique, how to play songs, finding a good sound and feel at ease with the instrument.

Extra activities:
Once a month I plan a rehearsal with pianist to work on some repertoire of cello and piano. Meetings with other students are also arranged to play duos together. It's very necessary to play with people and not get stuck in our own individual studies!

Gosse also teaches music production (songwriting and producing). He is most specialized in the Logic Pro and Ableton studio programs. He also helps vocalists who want to accompany themselves on the piano.

I have 23 years of experience playing the saxophone and around 15 years of teaching experience, working with both children and adults, beginners, and more experienced players. I believe that, in addition to teaching, it is essential to remain an active and performing musician to ensure that the approach remains fresh and relevant, which I am.

If you’re interested in learning the flute and/ or gaining a new understanding of music through harmony, this lesson will provide that for you.

If you choose to, we’ll cover technique, improvisation, reading music, tone control and expression. We’ll also go over the fundamentals of harmony to give you the tools that will help with any other instrument. Your listening skills will also be developed. All entirely up to you, of course, we’ll only go as far as you wish.

As a teacher with more than 6 years of experience, I offer private lessons for all ages and all levels.
I learned my teaching skills from famous flute teachers of our time. I have experience teaching both children and adults and I think it is essential that we both have fun while learning something as wonderful as playing music! Hello there!

My name is Antek and i'm a cellist and composer who graduated from Conservatorium van Amsterdam. As a cellist I've had the pleasure and honour of collaborating with renowned artists such as Hans Zimmer, being part of his 2022 European Tour Orchestra, touring over 15 countries and playing in locations such as London's O2 Arena or Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam. I am now mainly active as a performer of contemporary/experimental music, as well as classical music, freelancing in various orchestras in the Netherlands, having played in venues such as Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ, Concertgebouw or TivoliVredenburg. At first, we will exercise the art of listening (natural and artificial/man made sounds). My name is Ignacio Pintó and I am a Spanish bass player living in Amsterdam. I moved to this lovely city four years ago to study the Jazz Double Bass Bachelor at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.

I am in love with music, my main occupation right now is working in projects that excite me deeply, trying to bring new sounds to the world through composition and improvisation.

I love sharing this excitement and knowledge with people. That's the reason why I have developed a flexible system to organise music development, based on my recent experience. In the lessons we will focus on the music you love and find ways to develop the skills it requires in a methodic way, always having fun in the process.
