Violin lessons with concertmaster of London Philharmonic Orchestra
From 133.95 C$ /h
I am 3rd Concertmaster of the London Philharmonic Orchestra, and have an extensive performing and teaching experience. I have been guest concertmaster of many European orchestras and have recently relocated to Geneva. All levels of playing are welcome, but I can be particularly helpful with more advanced students. My experience in some of the world's best orchestra especially enables me to provide help with audition preparation, orchestral excerpts, and concertmaster solos. I look forward to hearing from you!

About Me
I would like to help students improve their technique and their understanding of the musical material. Having studied both in my native Bulgaria and in the United States (at The Juilliard School), I have experience with teaching methods from both sides of the Atlantic. As a result of my extensive professional experience as an orchestral musician and concertmaster, I could be particularly helpful with orchestral repertoire, excerpts and solos, especially in preparation for auditions. Most importantly, I like to make lessons both educational and enjoyable, so that we can work towards achieving your full potential, while having fun with the violin!
Education
The Juilliard School, New York, Bachelor of Music (1999) and Master of Music (2001), student of Stephen Clapp and Robert Mann, Idyllwild Arts Academy (1992-1995)
