Thanks to this different information, I will build a tailor-made training program, which will allow you to reach your goal in a progressive and adapted way, avoiding any risk of injury.

We will then agree on the best times to suit your schedule. The sessions can take place in Brussels at home, in the gym, or outside (weather permitting).

My experience in several types of sports such as boxing, yoga, Crossfit (or Functional Training), weightlifting, fitness and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) gave me the opportunity to fully explore and to push my physical and mental limits, and I want to use this experience for the benefit of my clients.

For me, sport values the importance of balance in life: the body (Body) and the mind (Mind) work together and should be seen as a whole. Bodymind.


If you are interested in trying to understand yourself better physically, to be ahead physiologically, and perhaps more emotionally stable, just contact me. We will define your goals together and I will help you achieve them.

I am fluent in French, English, Dutch and Italian, and am able to conduct sports coaching sessions in these languages.
