About Me
From a very young age, I wondered what I would like to do in terms of work for the rest of my life... Because after high school graduation, you don't always know where to turn.
I learned two things during my self-reflection: I love sports (horse racing, martial arts, tennis, basketball). And I also love video games (I'm a top-ranked European player).
I wanted to turn one of these passions into my job.
I threw myself into both of these paths – and then some! I went so hard that I ended up injuring myself. I then found myself unable to continue pursuing either of my passions for a while.
The idea of how to overcome these problems and be able to continue doing what I love began to take shape in my mind...
What emerged from this experience was that I needed knowledge in these disciplines of balance in everything I undertook. But also that I was eager to share my progress in terms of personal development with my loved ones.
A happy coincidence led me to discover, through solving my own challenges, that sharing my progress in personal development helped those close to me to develop themselves – fantastic!
It was at that moment that I realized there was a lack of qualified people capable of guiding individuals seeking performance (in sports or video games), well-being, or physical transformation in a safe and effective way. People who truly want you to succeed in your personal development.
I therefore trained in personal training by following the Certified personal trainer courses from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Correctiv exercise specialist and in nutrition with Precision nutrition.
Subsequently, I continued my self-education through training courses, reading many books on well-being, nutrition, performance, lifestyle, esports and sports.
