**My personal journey**
From the age of 20 I started to delve into spirituality; from Tarot and Lenormand, from Mediumship to Astrology. I followed the NLP training courses and courses in HSP coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy and enneagram coaching, which all gave me valuable insights into myself and life. Chakra psychology also fascinates me.
The books *Conversations with God* touched me deeply, despite my initial hesitation at the word "God". In late 2018 I discovered *A Course in Miracles*, of which I have been a dedicated student since 2019. The content has changed my life!
In addition, I followed the facilitator training Attitudinal Healing and the *The Power of Choosing* program, and completed the facilitator training for this program in 2024.
In 2023, Choose Again came my way, a method that brings deep healing. Three months in Costa Rica allowed me to experience how fear transforms into love. Choose Again has now become an indispensable part of my life.
