About Me
I have been active as a guitar teacher for over 12 years and guide both beginners and advanced players. I sing and accompany myself (and others) on guitar. You can come to me for the basics, but also if you are a bit further along and want to work purposefully on a song or if you want to sing and play guitar at the same time. Everything is possible!
The lessons are adapted to your own musical preference and taste.
Once you have sufficient technique, you can start organizing your own lessons and suggesting songs that you would like to play yourself.

Playing the guitar is my great passion. As a child I had a teacher in the class who played the guitar and sang along, this made such an impression on me that I dreamed of becoming a guitarist too. Now I share this passion with my students and audience. Being busy with music and playing the guitar is a great happiness factor in my life.
My musical journey started at a young age, as a nine year old boy I took classical guitar lessons at the Eindhoven music school. Music theory, posture technique and basic knowledge of music theory, etc. A lot of theory, a good basis but I only really started learning guitar by playing together with others. Around the age of fifteen I discovered the world of pop music, I took band coaching lessons led by Hanneke van den Boomen. Hanneke stimulated us to write our own songs and to experiment with making music within a band context. This experience encouraged me to explore my creativity and follow my own musical path.
Years after that I was part of several bands, including my own band Skillah and eventually played in Necronomic, a melodic death metal band, where I both sang and played guitar. We even did a mini tour through the Netherlands and Belgium.
After a break to study, I decided to give guitar lessons and he started my own guitar school. I also started playing on the streets, playing songs by The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Nirvana and Oasis.
During the corona period I started giving concerts, both on the streets and in the Gennepperpark, nursing home to connect the community and bring joy. This led to more bookings and a growing reputation as a friendly and attentive musician.
To date, I am regularly booked for parties & events, weddings, living room concerts, I am listed on two booking platforms. My musical journey illustrates my passion for music and his ability to touch people with his musical talents, from teaching to live performances.
