I am a tutor for a variety of school subjects, particularly English, Mathematics, and Biology. I am currently studying International Development at King's College University. Before university, I achieved 3 As in Advanced Higher English, Biology, and Modern Studies, and 5 As in Higher English, Mathematics, Human Biology, Chemistry, and Modern Studies. Utopian Studies extends the notion from Thomas More's Utopia to the emergence of dystopian literature, highlighting the connection between fictionalized literary works and reality. The seminar is designed for students with advanced reading skills as the primary readings are mainly novels. Students are expected to carry out individual research. Further readings (journals, academic papers, etc) will be provided to support the discussion during the class.
