The seminar is designed for students with advanced reading skills as the primary readings are mainly novels. Students are expected to carry out individual research. This class is for anyone who wishes to learn German from someone with native level skills. Whether it is to learn the basics as a beginner or to hone essay-writing skills. I am studying Social Anthropology and Politics at the University of Edinburgh. Classics are one of the biggest interests of mine; I started studying Latin and Ancient Greek languages and literature 6 years ago and I have been teaching for three years.
