Hi! I’m an Iranian artist and teacher offering classes in oil painting, decorative painting, and papier-mâché sculpture. My lessons are suitable for everyone aged 7 and older—whether you’re a beginner or already have some experience.

The classes are available in English or Persian (Farsi), and can be held online or in person at my location(Antwerp)—whichever works best for you.

Understanding contemporary visual art is often not self-evident. In this lesson you will learn through the work of Andy Goldsworthy to reflect on the philosophical concepts that engage and drive the artist. You will learn a number of universal principles of looking and understanding, which you can also apply to other works of art.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen.

I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist.

I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns.

In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on.

You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns.

Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

You will learn how to operate a camera on manual mode, either digital or analog (digital recommended). We will make photographs together on the street (majority) and in a studio of subjects including:
architecture, portraits, still life, landscape, fashion and any other subjects of interest.

We will work together on getting the image from the camera onto the computer in the correct format and then how edit and eventually print the image in high quality. With this we will look at different papers and the effect that they have on your image.

We will cover some monumental photographers that have shaped the history of the medium and we will explore current photographers that are currently exhibiting in Antwerpen, this includes visits to Ibasho Gallery, Stieglitz19, FOMU.

We will make an end product that will consist of one large print framed, a small zine based on one concept/theme. to achieve this we will work together in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.

The course for both beginners and advanced art lovers.
In this course you will learn:
- how to work with the watercolour medium
- learn about material and technique
- colour and composition
- different styles
- create your own artworks ( plants or flowers, animals, landscape, figures, abstract)

Mehndi is a form of body art and temporary skin decoration common in the Indian Subcontinent, in which decorative designs are created on a person's body, using a paste, created from the powdered dry leaves of the henna plant (Lawsonia inermis). It is a popular form of body art among the women of India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, and the Maldives, and resembles similar practices found in North Africa and the Middle East. SHAPE AND VOLUME

Drawing is, for me, the foundation of many creative works. We will gradually build your understanding of texture, shape, and proportion. We will work on various themes, materials, and formats. Afterward, you can choose the approach that resonates with you, and we will focus on that.

For Chinese calligraphy: you don't need to understand the language to be able to appreciate the beauty of Chinese calligraphy. For me, I see Chinese calligraphy as a combination of negative space and different lines. We will start with the background story of Chinese calligraphy, and from there, you can choose which style of calligraphy you would like to develop

Art is one of the most creative and free thing to do.

Why not learn it from the beginning?

I can teach you how to paint/draw from the basic principles on how to prepare the canvas till more complex techiniques.
My main focus is abstraction.

I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London.

Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don’t always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you!

Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs.

The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language.

(Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it. But also be mindful that as we grow our interests can change and as they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.)

Eva constructs her lessons in playful way and teaches knowledge, that can better your ability to construct compositions, both figurative and abstract. She often invites participators to actively question the perceptions of
the natural world and how we can translate it into artistic construction. Through emphasis on playfulness and engaging dialogue, she seeks to create an environment, within which we are open to learn in creative way.

Hugo works a lot with digital arts. He creates engaging sessions, one-of-a-kind lessons within which participators have the chance to learn to create their own worlds/universes through use of digitals tools such as blender, unreal engine and creative coding.

By connecting these two approaches we create tailored classes for children, but also adults who wish to explore the boarders of their creativity.

This course is meant for older children, teenagers, adults, seniors and skill levels, whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to explore new techniques. It's perfect for those who enjoy experimenting creatively or simply want to learn the fundamentals of art.

Crochet has become and increasingly popular hobby! There is so much you can do with yarn, whether it's making a beautiful bag or piece of clothing, or even a stuffed toy for a little one. This class is perfect for those that have yet to learn the fundamentals of crocheting.

During the course you’ll learn:
- How to hold your hook and yarn comfortably
- Essential stitches like chain, single crochet, and double crochet
- How to read basic patterns and understand yarn labels
- Tips for fixing mistakes and building confidence
- Your first small project — like a cozy dishcloth, simple scarf, or trendy coaster
No experience needed — just bring your curiosity. I want you to feel proud of your creations at the end of this course.
