Second year master's student in Energy Science at EPFL, and holder of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at the same school, I offer mathematics and physics courses to students from EPFL, UNIL, gymnasium or college.
During my studies, I built a solid scientific foundation, but also accumulated a lot of experience as a private teacher.
In fact, for 4 years already, I have been teaching:
- to first year bachelor's and master's students at EPFL in the mechanical, microtechnology, computer science and biological fields
- to UNIL students in the biology, economics and maths sectors
- to students in the gymnasium.
- to middle school students

These experiences allowed me to develop a better approach during my courses. I first try to understand what the student has understood, and what is not well understood. To do this, I suggest doing several exercises together. Then, I re-explain in a simpler way the part in which the student is having difficulty. Finally, I let the student do a new exercise on his own to see if the concept has been acquired.

I am very happy to be able to help students in difficulty to progress, because for me the sharing of knowledge is very important. In particular, I was able to help students with weaknesses in mathematics and physics to pass their end-of-year exams.

/!\ Online courses or in person at EPFL/UNIL, no travel to the student's home.

After obtaining my French baccalaureate (specializing in Mathematics and Physics-Chemistry), I continued my studies at EPFL. Currently in my third year of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, I would be delighted to share the knowledge and methods I have acquired throughout my studies, adapting as much as possible to your learning style and making the lessons as interactive and accessible as possible! I can tutor students up to the final year of high school (gymnasium) in physics and chemistry, and potentially in French up to the entrance of high school. General Chemistry (first year) courses for EPFL or UNIL are also available.

I offer tutoring in math (algebra, analysis, statistics), physics (mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, fluid mechanics), chemistry, materials mechanics or programming (C, python, MATLAB).

I have extensive experience in tutoring, an activity I have been practicing for about 7 years with different students.

I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from EPFL and am currently pursuing a master's degree there. I can adapt to the student's level.

I offer academic support and homework help in science subjects (mathematics, physics, chemistry, etc.). I obtained my scientific Baccalaureate with highest honors in 2024 and I am in my second year of engineering at EPFL.

Before each lesson, I like to glance at the chapter or exercises to refresh my memory on certain theorems or formulas if necessary. This allows me to arrive prepared and explain the concepts clearly and in a structured way.

During the lesson, I guide your child step by step, taking the time to re-explain concepts, review the basics if necessary, and help them gain confidence. My goal is not just to solve the exercises, but above all to ensure they truly understand what they are doing and gradually become more independent.

Mathematics and physics form the basis of many scientific fields of study, but they can sometimes seem abstract or difficult to grasp on your own. In my courses, I guide students to help them understand the concepts in depth, progress at their own pace, and gain confidence.

Students can send me the topic of the lesson or their specific questions in advance, so that I can prepare a suitable and effective session.

I am also bilingual in Italian. Although it is not my native language, I particularly enjoy teaching it and helping beginners acquire a solid foundation. My Italian lessons are conversation-based, with supplementary grammar and conjugation exercises to ensure natural and enjoyable progress.

I mainly teach remotely, which allows for great flexibility and personalized support, wherever you are.

Hello everyone, I'm currently a third-year Mechanical Engineering student at EPFL and I offer tutoring in mathematics, physics, and chemistry. With me, you'll learn to refine your skills or correct any weaknesses while improving your overall knowledge. I focus primarily on practical exercises and their thorough solutions. I look forward to meeting you.

Mathematics, physics, English, and French can seem difficult without the right foundation or method. With extensive experience working with students of all ages, from young children to high school and university students, I have designed my lessons as a personalized support system, adapted to each student's level and pace.
You will solidify your foundational knowledge, fill in any gaps, better understand challenging concepts, and gain confidence and independence when tackling exercises and exams. My goal is to make each subject accessible by adapting to each student's learning style.

As a final year Bachelor of Engineering student at EPFL, I offer private lessons or support, or homework help adapted to the level and needs of each student.

I teach mathematics, physics, chemistry, French, and English, primarily at the beginner to intermediate level, from elementary school to high school. Lessons can focus on understanding concepts, preparing for assessments, solving exercises, or simply regaining confidence in the subject.

I also offer support in Analysis I for higher education students, particularly to review theoretical concepts, understand methods and practice exercises.

My goal is to make concepts more accessible by adapting to each student's pace and prioritizing real understanding over rote learning.

I have a strong academic foundation in mathematics up to and including Calculus I and II. I also have solid knowledge in physics and chemistry at school level across all grades. With my specialization in chemistry, I have a particularly strong understanding of this subject. As I am currently a student myself, I am very familiar with the learning process and the challenges students face, which helps me explain concepts clearly and in a structured way.

Physics is often where math meets the real world, and that's exactly where things tend to get confusing: students understand the math but lose track of what it actually represents physically, or vice versa. My goal is to help you build intuition first, then connect it to the formalism, so the equations stop feeling like a black box.

Whether you're prepping for an exam, working through a problem set, or trying to finally understand a concept your teacher rushed through, I'll adapt to what you need. I know how frustrating physics can be when it's taught too abstractly, so I focus on breaking concepts down with concrete examples and simplifying things until they actually makes sense.

I'm a Microengineering graduate from EPFL, where physics was a core part of my training across mechanics, electromagnetism, and optics. I also spent a year tutoring at Phassyl Private Education, working with students across a wide range of ages and levels.

Every session is tailored to your pace: reinforcing fundamentals, tackling exam-style problems, or revisiting a topic that didn't click the first time.

As a Master's student in Data Science at EPFL, a graduate of CentraleSupélec (ranked in the top 3% of my class) and holder of a Bachelor's degree in microtechnology from EPFL, I offer tutoring in mathematics, physics and computer science, from primary school to university level.
My teaching experience
I was a student teaching assistant at EPFL for 8 courses, working with over 400 students. I currently lead the linear algebra and ICC (Information, Computation, Communication) exercise sessions. Each week, I adapt my explanations to each student's level: that's what I love most about teaching.
What I propose
• Primary and secondary school: consolidate the basics (calculation, fractions, geometry, equations), regain confidence and improve methodology.
• Gymnasium / high school (maturity, baccalaureate): functions, analysis, probabilities, vectors, mechanics, electricity, exam preparation.
• University / EPF / preparatory classes: analysis, linear algebra, probability and statistics, numerical analysis, programming (Python, C/C++).
My method
I begin by identifying the real obstacle: a misunderstanding of the concept, a lack of methodology, or stress. Then, I build the sessions based on the student's lessons and exercises. The goal isn't just to pass the next test, but to understand the material and become independent.
Whether you need occasional homework help, regular support, or intensive exam preparation, I adapt to your needs.
