Second year master's student in Energy Science at EPFL, and holder of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering at the same school, I offer mathematics and physics courses to students from EPFL, UNIL, gymnasium or college.
During my studies, I built a solid scientific foundation, but also accumulated a lot of experience as a private teacher.
In fact, for 4 years already, I have been teaching:
- to first year bachelor's and master's students at EPFL in the mechanical, microtechnology, computer science and biological fields
- to UNIL students in the biology, economics and maths sectors
- to students in the gymnasium.
- to middle school students

These experiences allowed me to develop a better approach during my courses. I first try to understand what the student has understood, and what is not well understood. To do this, I suggest doing several exercises together. Then, I re-explain in a simpler way the part in which the student is having difficulty. Finally, I let the student do a new exercise on his own to see if the concept has been acquired.

I am very happy to be able to help students in difficulty to progress, because for me the sharing of knowledge is very important. In particular, I was able to help students with weaknesses in mathematics and physics to pass their end-of-year exams.

About Me

As a master's student at EPFL, I acquired a solid understanding of advanced scientific and technical concepts. However, what motivates me the most is the rewarding feeling of being able to help other people overcome their academic difficulties. The courses are aimed in particular at university students, but also at secondary school students. For those attending EPFL, I can give classes in person. With my experience as a student assistant at EPFL, I can help you find your own blockage and I correct you if there is something that is not right at this level.
