Mathematics is the best way to enhance your intellect but also work on your intuition and your ability to see patterns. Good day, my name is Alex, I have been teaching math for over 10 years to hundreds of students. I will teach all grades from elementary school all the way to high school and IB/GCSE etc. My philosophy revolves around these three values: -Encouragement -Inspiration -Discipline I specialize into teaching mathematics and programming, but in some occasions I teach physics too. I am bilingual in English and French, and I am originally from Toronto, Canada. I offer English conversation sessions tailored to your preferences and needs, whether in person or remotely. In addition to that, I obtained a master's degree and studied music. I have solid teaching experience, having taught harp to various audiences for several years. I offer language tutoring and support (Italian, Polish, German, and English) for children and teenagers attending school in Paris. Polish, Italian, and German are my mother tongues: I grew up between Italy and Poland, and I lived and studied in Germany for 10 years. Today, I am a student in Paris and I would like to support young people with their learning or homework. I understand French, but classes will be held in English or a language I speak fluently (Italian, Polish, German). I adapt to each student's level and pace, in a caring, structured, and motivating atmosphere. Classes can be held at home or online, depending on your preferences.

A teacher at heart, I seek at all costs to understand how my student works. Depending on his profile, I then apply simple exercises to boost his work efficiency. I am firmly convinced that all students are capable of success, you just need to identify the method that will work! The secret to success? Exercises ! There are only a limited number of exercises per lesson, so you just need to have done them all at least once to master the lesson as much as the teacher! My mission is therefore to make my student understand this and to motivate him so that he wants to do it. I was able to assist many students, and I was able to help students in difficulty to fill all their gaps (Average going from 3/20 to 12/20 after a few weeks of lessons) as well as help students in the average to excel! (Going from 13/20 to 18/20).

Language Classes: I will focus on teaching grammar via textbook exercises and tailored ones, as well as helping putting grammar into practice through a conversation based class. Cooking Classes: I will teach the basics of Italian Cuisine as well as any more specific recipes. I can spam from easy appetizers to complex desserts and main courses. For all the recipes, the most important ingredient is enthusiasm :)

I offer tutoring from middle school to preparatory class in mathematics and English. I obtained my baccalaureate specializing in mathematics and International Option with honors before being admitted to preparatory class at Collège Stanislas. I obtained the following marks in the English oral exams: 20 at HEC, 19.5 at ESSEC and 19 at ESCP and 19 in the written exam.
