Emiliano Della Giovanna was born into music. Born into an artistic family in Naples, Emiliano practiced guitar and drums in his youth. His passion for drums drives him to enroll in private music schools, where he is taught by several renowned musicians, including names such as Billy Cobham, Peter Erskine, Dave Weckl and Gregg Bissonette.
In 2006 Emiliano specializes in Jazz and is accepted at the conservatory in Siena, called Seminario Senesi di Musica Jazz. His talent is appreciated. He receives a scholarship to continue his studies at the seminar for Nuoro Jazz in Sardinia. In addition to his studies, he collaborates with Mr. Umberto Guarino and establishes a music school "Studio 40" in Naples. Here he teaches drum and rhythmic music theory.

During and after his studies Emiliano plays in various formations, from classical orchestras to Jazz and Rock bands, including Renzo Arbore, Vittorio Marsignia and Sergio Colicchio. MSC and Costa Crociere offer him nine contracts so that, in addition to teaching on the mainland, he travels around the world for eight years as part of an orchestra aboard various cruise ships.
