I offer supportive one-on-one conversations where you can express your thoughts, explore your feelings, and organize what is happening inside your mind in a calm and respectful environment.
Having personally experienced difficult life challenges, I understand how important it can be to feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is based on empathy, patience, active listening, and helping you reflect on your emotions and experiences.
During our sessions, we can focus on:
Understanding and naming emotions
Organizing thoughts when everything feels confusing
Reflecting on personal experiences and challenges
Building self-awareness and confidence
Exploring healthy ways to cope with stress and difficult feelings
Having a supportive conversation without judgment
Sessions can take place in a peaceful outdoor setting such as a park, where nature can create a more relaxed atmosphere, or at a location that is comfortable and suitable for you.
