I specialise in the rock and funk genres but have expertise in others such as Jazz and Metal. I am a graduate from the University of Sussex who studied English Language and Linguistics. My passion for the course has helped me develop my communication skills and eloquence. I have a very musical background as both my parents are professional musicians and they have helped me consolidate my musical knowledge.

I am a professional guitarist with over 20 years of experience in playing live and as a session musician.
In addition, I have been teaching guitar, piano and music technology for over 10 years in schools and colleges.

My guitar teaching method (Acoustic and Electric) includes rhythm and lead guitar, technique, music theory, notation – as well as preparing students for Trinity & ABRSM grades (all pass with a “Merit”!).
All ages and levels are welcome.

I also teach piano/ keyboard at beginner levels and that includes learning notes, scales, right & left-hand technique and also preparing for grades.

I am a university student currently working towards my DipABRSM in classical guitar. I have been teaching students now for over a year, and provide a good quality service for students learning ABRSM grades1-5. Above this grade, I would be happy to consider teaching depending on the individual. I am also happy to teach pop/acoustic songs, which are more based on chords.
The classes would be for as long as you wish, but the average of lessons I hold are about an hour. I will be working in London until July. Then, I will be working in Paris. I am also doing Zoom classes due to COVID, so this is also an option.
