I’m a composer and producer with years of industry experience, having had multiple plays on BBC Radio 1 and BBC 6 Music, as well as composing music for AAA video games. Ableton Live is the new standard for electronic music. Its very easy to learn and with only a couple of lessons you will be able to start making your own music! Used by almost all EDM, House, Deep House and even Pop artists it is the must-have tool in the new decade. In our classes we will go over making beats, basic music theory, song-writing techniques and production techniques including advanced sound design with synthesizers. If requested, we can also move on to mixing to make your tracks sound just like what you hear on the radio.

I specialize in Ableton Live and have released albums on multiple record labels. I hold a degree in Music Production and Sound Engineering from Point Blank Music School and I am currently the Music Content Manager at Vochlea Music and the lead Ableton tutorial writer for Attack Magazine. I also own my own recording and production studio in East London.

You will learn how to play guitar the basics of music theory and how to apply it in songwriting. I will guide you to understand different music genres and how to capture their sound signature, helping you to develop your own sound and style. Are you musical trained, confident enough with your instrument but finding frustrating coming up with your own compositions? Finding difficult to get idea for a new song, need suggestions for your lyrics, or just a simple understanding on a song structure?

This class is based in songwriting and musical performance. I will provide any tips and suggestion to get a song done and don't get stuck between lyrics or chords. I'll be focussing in songwriting structure across different genre, pop, folk, blues, jazz.

I will be also structuring the classes giving home exercise working on new sketches every week across those different genres, and diverse themes.

Once the song will be completed I'll give any sort of advice on how to perform a song to an audience. How to structure a show and organise you band if you have one.

During the lesson I'll be using piano as main instrument and singing. I am also confident in guitar if required.

Songwriting and performance for me are quite related. At the same time I can also give advice and teach just one or the other if required.

Now a days the role of Music Producer has changed drastically. Not only do producers have to learn the business and build artists, they also are in charge of making the music themselves. This has made the demand for Producers way higher while the role has gotten even more interesting and challenging.

In the lessons I will be teaching the students how to make music (preferably with the software Fl Studio), navigate the music industry, build clients and push the boundaries of modern day sounds. I have found that teaching production ignites passion in students not just for music but in the arts as a whole. I am well versed in most audio software (Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Logic Pro X), using all of these in a professional setting for over 5 years.
