Currently a music student, I offer harp lessons (Celtic or pedal) and/or music theory from October to June (excluding school holidays) for all levels, in order to perfect my skills. teaching skills, share my passion and my love for music (whatever it is), in a playful and benevolent way.

Living in Wasquehal, I can easily get around thanks to the transport network throughout the Lille metropolis. I adapt to your schedule for lessons of one hour, 45 minutes or 30 minutes depending on your preferences and availability :)

During a lesson, I favor an approach based on the pleasure of playing and the discovery of new sound universes while being very attentive and stimulating your creativity and your musical desires. The technique and the theory are integrated into the course and worked through the chosen pieces, of all musical styles (so-called classical, contemporary, improvised, Celtic music...).
Extra information
I teach at your home, so it is essential to have an instrument available for lessons and for your personal practice.

About Me
Like many others, I fell in love with the harp around the age of 6. True love at first sight, fascinated by the beauty of the instrument and its sound, I quickly took great pleasure in playing it and grew up with it until today while pursuing my studies in music degree.

Pedagogy did not always attract me, as a child I dreamed of becoming a soloist and I participated in several international competitions, many master classes and also took classes with different teachers to try to find my way. After a few bad experiences, I discovered a new passion! I am committed to accompanying my students in their projects whatever they are and especially not to reproduce the teaching methods that have demotivated me and made me lose my self-confidence.

In my lessons, the key words are: benevolence, attentive listening, communication and above all, pleasure! Pleasure to play, to progress, to make mistakes, to learn, to change your mind, to start again...
Education
8 years at the Nantes Conservatory with arranged timetable in college and technological baccalaureate music in high school

2 years of bachelor at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague (Netherlands)

Studies still in progress at the Roubaix Conservatory
Experience / Qualifications
During my studies at the conservatory until I obtained my baccalaureate I was able to validate my DEM in harp and music theory, practice chamber music and take more theoretical courses in music history, sheet music analysis and musical writing.

I was then accepted with an entrance exam at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague to do a harp bachelor. Unfortunately for personal reasons I left this establishment and decided to finish my bachelor at the pôle supérieur de musique et de danse of Lille. Currently in a transitional year, I am continuing my harp studies at the Roubaix Conservatory to prepare for the entrance examination to the pôle supérieur.

Julie
Musician at the National Orchestra of Lille, I am passionate about pedagogy and transmission.

My Violin, Viola and music theory lessons are suitable for and suitable for everyone. Generally lasting 1 hour, lessons can be structured in different ways according to individual needs.

For the past ten years I have been giving lessons in Musical Training, violin and viola both with the aim of providing personalized support for students following courses in conservatories but also within the framework of a unique and adapted learning and for all levels.

——————

Passionate, curious, and endowed with an artistic sensibility, the violist Julie is involved in many projects, both collective, innovative and educational. After having studied the viola with Michel Michalakakos, then in the class of David Gaillard and Nicolas Bone at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP) where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in June 2016, she perfected her Master's degree. in the class of Lawrence POWER at the Hochschule Zürich (ZHDK)

She has already won several awards and prizes as a solo performer
(Competition L. Bellan 2010, Contest Young Altistes 2011) but it is for the moment especially in collective experiences that it flourishes.
She has, in fact, participated in numerous Festivals and Orchestral Academies of international dimension (French Youth Orchestra, Gustav Mahler Joung Orchestra, Schleswig Holstein Musik Festival, ...) and was a member of the Academy of the orchestra of the Zürich Opera.

She collaborates today with several professional orchestras (Paris Opera, National Orchestra of France, Orchestra of Paris, Opera of Zürich, ...).
This pleasure of artistic sharing is also part of her practice of chamber music: member of the trio Desdémone (Alto, Clarinet, Piano) with which she participated in several festivals, she also participated in Zermatt Music Festival Academy, (music of chamber and chamber orchestra) with musicians from the Berlin Philharmonic.

She explores different formations and regularly performs in sets with different geometries, and in various artistic worlds (Jazz, improvised music, ...)
It is in this common artistic vibration that Julie wants to pursue her career, she also wishes to transmit her passion through pedagogy and hopes to develop projects of cultural mediation and musical awareness.

She is now a violist in the National Orchestra of Lille.
