About Me
I am Cintia, trained music teacher. I have studied music pedagogy to be able to share my passion and love for music. The best thing about being a teacher is sharing with others, exchanging ideas. I am a very open and creative person. My teaching is based on play and fun. In particular, I specialize in Eurythmy of the Dalcroze method (teaching method based on linking music and movement). I have also worked a lot with Kodaly and Orff. I am currently in the last year of a master's degree in Music Education at Rytmisk Conservatorium in Kbh; where my master's project is about the application of the Dalcroze music teaching method, dance, movement, vocal painting and puppetry etc. for teaching writing and reading music for the dyslexic.

I have long experience as a teacher. I have worked for 7 years at Colegio San José Obrero with music theory, piano, musical initiation, choir. At that school I have worked with all kinds of students from 3 years old to 18 year olds. I have also worked for the last three years in other sectors of music education teaching ballet dancers music.

During my life I have done different types of work: I have done music and spasnk workshops in Kbh. I have been a singer at the Teatro Principal (Main Theater in Palma), I have worked in a musical, I have been an extra in a theater performance in the International Theater of Merida Classic Theater.

I worked in different social projects: I have led and accompanied the Casal de las donas choir, I have made collaborations as a teacher, and I have accompanied the Sons de Barri project with piano or percussion.

I’m a teacher I have studied a course to be a Spanish teacher for foreign, and also I have started schoolteaching at the school and I have the degree of Music Pedagogy. The music is a great tool to teach languages.

For me the only way to learn is playing so we will play different games to memorize the vocabulary the grammar and as well the pronunciation in several funny ways.

Aleksandra
Aleksandra is a trained singer, singing teacher and choir conductor from the Academy of Music in Gdansk and Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya in Barcelona.

She took to the stage in her childhood and has been teaching music for the last 6 years.

For several years she was a chorister of the prestigious Polish National Youth Choir and leader of Vocal Quintet Solifonia. Currently, she is a choir conductor and the founder of CHOIR CLUB in Korskolen.

What can you expect from her teaching?

She believes that singing can be passion, a communication tool, a means of therapy and so much more: more than you can imagine!

In her classes, you will learn key vocal techniques as well as learning to understand your voice. You will discover the deeper meanings of the songs you sing as you seek to express them to the world.

As she is working towards becoming an Accredited Teacher of IVTOM (International Voice Teachers of Mix) she focuses on delivering teaching based on the Mix principles: by mixing the chest and head voice you receive the full benefits of “both voices”: the natural and powerful sound of the chest voice, and the beauty and range of the head voice. As a singer learns to sing using both of these resonances and trains the vocal folds to stay together, it is possible to vocalize smoothly and evenly from one register to the next. The relationship of the two elements working together will create an even, smooth vocalization and, as a result, eliminates the “breaks” in the voice.

She has a good knowledge of playing the piano, so you can sing along to her accompaniment or accompany yourself under her supervision.

What does the first lesson include?

You’ll talk about:
- your background and musical experience
- all the circumstances that can influence your sound production
- your needs, expectations and plans

You also find out:

- what your bad habits are
- how you can start your singing technique
- what kind of exercises will help you best achieve your singing goals

Who is welcome?

- Children (8+), adolescents and adults
- Singers of all kinds of popular music
- Students who want to learn hearing / rhythm theory
- Individuals, groups and families
