Originally from the U.S. with over 15 years of business experience and 16 years of hands-on expertise in the Philippines, my background is rooted in cross-cultural operations. This includes nearly a decade running an English Language Program for a leading Japanese digital marketing and ad-tech firm, as well as serving as Retail Floor Manager for Cebu Home & Builders Centre. These real-world challenges across diverse industries have shaped my deep understanding of actual communication barriers.

Drawing from 17 years of life in the Philippines while raising a mixed Filipino-American family (including two sons on the autism spectrum), life has taught me more about clear communication and patience than any degree ever could.

While I navigate the fast-paced city life, I’m a nature-lover at heart — trading urban noise for swimming and camping with my family whenever possible. When I'm not coaching, I design LEGO MOCs (AFOL), or listen to classical music and traditional Asian string instruments like the Erhu and Koto.
