I am a guitarist and lutenist with 19 years of experience in musical performance. I have taught at public professional conservatories, as well as at various private music schools, to students of all ages and skill levels. In my classes, neither age nor skill level is a barrier to teaching musicality and guitar technique. My main objective is to reveal the student's intrinsic qualities naturally and progressively through the enjoyment of music, and the results are proven by the feedback from my students (and their parents).
We can work with many different musical styles within classical music, exploring its various forms, musical languages, and sources of musical notation. We can also delve into popular musical styles such as flamenco (rumbas, fandangos, alegrías, sevillanas, etc.) and their different strumming patterns, scales, harmonic structures, and time signatures. Or we can explore the vast and fascinating world of early music through tablatures and manuscripts from the 16th century.
Whether you're a beginner, advanced student, child, teenager, or adult, whether for auditions, concert preparation, music schools, music exams, as a hobby, or simply for the love of the guitar, you are all welcome to join my lessons.

I am from Córdoba (Spain), currently living in Küsnacht, and doing a Master’s Degree in Music Performance at ZHDK. I studied bachelor and master in History and Sciences of Music at University of Granada and Bachelor in Classical Guitar in Sevilla (Spain) and Koninklijk Conservatorium from Den Haag (Netherlands). I took a lot of courses and seminars from the best guitarists on the current scene. In the last years, I played with many different ensembles and top international orchestras, mainly of baroque music, in Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Scotland and London.
