I adhere to Harvard’s backward design where I first write outcomes of the lesson such as what I want the student to learn from the topic, then I move on to collecting mediums of delivering the knowledge. I am organized and efficient with maintaining student records and completing progress reports, the important part of progress measurement for me is two sided feedback.
