As someone who's trained over 1000 students in Chicago and NYC, I find tailored training to be crucial for effective learning. These are skills that you want to be able to easily do even when you panic. So, whether you are a fit, trained athlete or an inexperienced individual far from sports, I ensure that the lesson plan is appropriately designed tailored to your ability and taught in a fun, interactive way.
